Well, God knows I love Hank and he’s my absolute favorite on the show, but you can’t really blame people when they overlook him in award discussions. Compared to last year, and to Cranston, Paul, and Esposito right now, Dean Norris hasn’t really been given much to do this season.
However, with Sundown, One Minute, and all those Heisenberg-hunting early on, Hank OWNED the first half of season 3 and was actually on many credible writers’ short lists for the supporting actor award (Okay, maybe I’m talking only about Allan Sepinwall LOL)
But don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll finally get some Emmy heads turning when the show finally focuses on the Walt-Hank showdown next year.
Anyway, your comment moved me so much that I’m declaring today as Hank Schrader Appreciation Day here at Heisenlolz LOL

YEAH, that was definitely one of my favorite Jesse Pinkman moments ever, too! Made even better with my favorite Gus moment (“Or you can fight me and die!”) and my favorite non-mealtime Walter Jr moment hahaha :D Ted was a Class-A asshole though, so I cheered Skyler for putting him in his place, despite the risk.
The downer for me was the realization that the show has now perfectly set things up for an even-more-heartbreaking-than-Bug showdown between Jesse and Walt :(
Won’t be surprised if Jesse (or more likely Gus) gets clipped at the finale, but at least that would be a fantastic episode fo sho :D
